Refund policy

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our cosmetic products. However, we will accept returns in cases where the item arrives incorrect, damaged, leaking, or defective.

To initiate a return, please email - you@sexsea.in within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photographs of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, leakage, or broken product) for verification.

Once approved, we will provide the return address of our warehouse. In some cases, we may initiate the return pickup at our own cost.
Return eligibility must be confirmed before any return instructions are issued.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
